Wanderment 3 yr. ago. Locate the gamepass save file on your PC. Locate the steam save file on your PC. Rename the gamepass save to the exact name of the steam save and place it in the same folder. It should overwrite the file. I recommend making a backup while you're at it as well. Thanks!
